Retail Merchandiser — Aseem Design Studio

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to manage the day-to-day merchandising operations across our retail and MBO network. The role will involve inventory management, store and MBO coordination, stock allocation and rotation, sales tracking, order follow-ups, and gross margin maintenance. You will work closely with the sales, design, production and dispatch teams to ensure optimum stock availability, timely deliveries and efficient movement of merchandise. Responsibilities will also include monitoring store-wise and product-wise sales, identifying fast and slow movers, managing ageing stock, coordinating transfers and replenishments, maintaining order and inventory trackers, and preparing regular sales/MIS reports.



The ideal candidate should be highly organised, commercially aware, strong with Excel, and excellent at follow-ups and coordination, with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
