Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, GST, TDS, taxation, MS Excel, and financial accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances within applicable deadlines.
- Assist with income tax, audits, and financial documentation.
- Monitor receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up and settlements.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors,



banks, vendors, and consultants.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other financial analysis as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
