Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Manage Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Payments, Receipts & Journal entries
- Prepare and maintain invoices, ledgers and accounting records
- Handle Billing, Accounts Receivable & Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Maintain Excel trackers and coordinate with vendors/banks for payments
- Verify bills, GST and supporting documents
- Practical knowledge of GST, GSTR-2B, TDS, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill
Skills: Robust numerical accuracy, attention to detail, follow-up and coordination skills.
Requirements:
- Tally Prime – Hands-on experience
- SAP/ERP – Working knowledge
- MS Excel
- MS Word, Email & Documentation
