Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts strategies to deliver effective and efficient software solutions within the project scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in writing and optimizing workflows, plugins, and custom scripts within the CRM environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

- This position is based at our DDC3 - STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
