We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist to drive property sales, generate leads, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Handle negotiations and support clients through the closure process.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate/property sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Robust customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
