About the Role

FoxBrain is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Abacus Trainer to deliver engaging and interactive abacus and mental math classes to children. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching young learners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct abacus and mental math classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach students using interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate learning techniques.
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
- Assess students' progress through regular tests, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and student progress updates.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents whenever required.
- Create a positive, motivating, and disciplined classroom workplace.
- Prepare students for competitions, assessments, and certification examinations.
- Participate in teacher training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings.
- Assist in organizing educational events, workshops, demonstrations, and promotional activities conducted by the company.




- Ensure proper care and maintenance of classroom materials and teaching aids.
- Follow company policies, teaching standards, and operational procedures at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching children.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline.

Working Days & Timings

- Weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Every Tuesday

Candidate Eligibility

- Willing to work as per the above schedule.
- Must be punctual, professional, and committed to delivering quality education.
- Candidates residing in or near Indirapuram will be preferred.
