We are looking for a hands-on, metrics-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily ground operations across our 7 cafe outlets (4 Company-Owned, 3 Franchisees). Your primary objective will be to establish operational excellence, enforce strict standardization across all outlets, optimize inventory costs, and ensure consistent customer experience for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Quality Control

- Conduct daily/weekly unannounced audits across all 7 outlets using standardized SOPs.
- Ensure 100% recipe consistency, presentation, and preparation standards for signature beverages (chai) and fast-food items.
- Monitor store cleanliness, food safety, staff hygiene, and equipment maintenance.

2. Inventory & Cost Management

- Audit stock movement, track daily wastage logs, and minimize food inventory leakage.
- Coordinate with raw material suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and eliminate store-level stockouts.
- Target and maintain food cost percentages within prescribed company benchmarks.

Franchise Support & Compliance

- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee owners for operational support.
- Audit franchise outlets to ensure adherence to brand pricing, menu guidelines, and service quality.

4. Staff Training & People Management

- Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of outlet staff (baristas, kitchen staff, store leads).
- Create weekly shift rosters, manage store labor allocations, and control staff absenteeism/turnover.
- Train staff on customer service standards, speed of delivery, and upselling techniques to boost average order value (AOV).

5. Performance & Sales Optimization

- Track daily sales metrics, online delivery channel fulfillment and order cancellation rates.
- Implement store-level promotional activations and support recent product launches.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
