Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The HR Executive will be responsible for updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong background across core Human Resources functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Monitor and manage the HR department's budget
- Handle and resolve employee grievances in a timely and confidential manner
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth
- Administer employee performance management programs
- Operate HRIMS (Spine) systems to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing




- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations

Key Skills

- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIMS/HRIS platforms (Spine or similar)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and budget-management abilities
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Required Experience and Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Prior hands-on experience of 5 to 8 years in an HR Executive or generalist capacity

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
