Recent Noida Industries Pvt Ltd is a growing infrastructure and construction company engaged in executing government and private sector civil projects across India. We specialize in infrastructure works including civil construction, structural works, and utility projects, with a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant tenders from government portals (CPPP, Railways, State e-procurement portals, etc.)
- Prepare and submit complete tender documents (technical & financial bids)
- Analyze tender eligibility criteria, BOQs, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, costing, and approvals
- Prepare pre-qualification documents, affidavits, undertakings, and compliance statements
- Handle online tender submissions using DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and outcomes
- Monitor corrigendums, addendums,



and tender updates
- Liaise with departments/clients for tender-related clarifications

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 1–5 years in civil tendering (government/infrastructure preferred)
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures and documentation
- Experience with e-tendering portals (CPPP, GeM, State portals)
- Knowledge of BOQ analysis and basic costing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF handling
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously

Preferred Skills

- Experience in infrastructure or government projects
- Knowledge of contract conditions and compliance documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
