Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements
- Pitch the Firm's Legal, Tax & Finance services to businesses and individuals
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, traders, and business owners
- Identify and develop opportunities for franchise expansion
- Arrange meetings with prospective franchise partners and explain the Firm's franchise model, services, and business opportunities
- Coordinate the franchise onboarding process
- Provide necessary training, guidance, and business support to new franchise partners after onboarding
- Maintain regular communication and relationship with franchise partners
- Bring new ideas to improve the Firm's overall business growth
- Achieve assigned monthly business development and sales targets
- Submit regular reports regarding field visits, leads,



meetings, conversions, and franchise activities

Incentive StructurePerformance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving the assigned targets. The incentive will be linked to the achievement of monthly business development targets and successful client/franchise conversions.

Location: Ramkrishna Nagar, Patna, Bihar

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills
Incentive: Performance-based, linked to target achievement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
