Job Description

Chhabra Properties Noida is hiring Sales Executives for our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, client communication, site visits, follow-ups, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.




- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of Noida real estate is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings/site visits.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
