About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our sales operations across Malappuram District . The ideal candidate must possess strong market understanding, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven expertise in the building materials / plywood industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network in the region.
- Identify potential markets, new dealers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and key influences.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather business insights, competitor updates, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections, outstanding management, and adherence to company credit policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches,



and inventory planning.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market feedback
- Represent the company in promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials / plywood.
- Willing to travel within the assigned region.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, market dynamics, and dealer management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage territory operations and deliver results.
- Valuable analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
