We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: This is a unique, post-sales focused Business Development role. Unlike traditional sales, you will step in after the deal is closed to ensure client success, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and translate client needs into actionable business documents. If you have a knack for understanding client requirements, a flair for creating compelling presentations, and a curiosity for AI tools, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering: Act as the bridge between our clients and our delivery/technical teams. Conduct post-sales meetings to gather detailed business requirements, understand pain points, and map out project scopes.
- Proposal & Quotation Creation: Draft highly professional, accurate, and compelling proposals and quotations for new phases, add-on services, or contract renewals.
- Presentation Design: Create visually appealing and data-driven PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for client reviews, project kick-offs, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and internal stakeholder meetings.
- Post-Sales Client Management: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities,



and facilitate smooth handovers to the operations/technical teams.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain client data, track project milestones, and create basic reports using Microsoft Excel to monitor post-sales metrics and revenue pipelines.
- AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI presentation makers) to accelerate content creation, draft proposal templates, summarize meeting notes, and optimize daily workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business language.
- Document Creation: Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. You must have an eye for design, layout, and storytelling in presentations.
- Excel Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- AI Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience or a strong willingness to learn and use generative AI tools for drafting, brainstorming, and productivity enhancement.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

- Prior experience or internship in a post-sales, account management, business analysis, or presales role.
- Familiarity with the IT/Tech services industry.
