We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Lead who can drive brand identity, visual storytelling, and creative execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in branding and has successfully led a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality, consistent, and performance-driven creatives. You will be responsible for owning the brand’s visual language and ensuring all design outputs align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and creative professionals
- Define and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and visual systems
- Oversee design execution for marketing campaigns, ads, social media, website, and product creatives
- Translate business and marketing objectives into high-impact visual concepts
- Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints
- Review, guide, and improve team output through feedback and direction
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative workflows

Experience:

- 4–8 years of experience in graphic design and branding
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand identities and visual systems




- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
- Hands-on experience in delivering creatives for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
- Prior experience working with D2C brands, agencies, or high-growth startups (preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and design consistency across platforms

Skills & Tools Required:

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma / Canva for digital and collaborative design
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar)
- Creative direction and visual storytelling skills
- Team leadership and project management
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives (ads, social media, performance creatives)
