Job Summary

Warehouse International Private Limited is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong practical knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, banking, compliance, costing, and financial management in a manufacturing organization.

The candidate must have completed CA Articleship and should be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance and accounts activities, including banking-related work, GST, taxation, audits, MIS, cash flow, working capital, and manufacturing accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

- Handle and review day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and financial transactions.

Banking & Treasury – Mandatory

- Handle day-to-day banking operations and bank-related work.
- Manage bank transactions, payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
- Coordinate with banks for OD/CC limits, loans, BG, LC, bank statements, and other banking facilities.
- Prepare and monitor bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks for documentation, queries, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and daily fund requirements.
- Assist management in working-capital and banking-related decisions.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage GST returns, reconciliations,



and input tax credit.
- Handle TDS returns and related compliance.
- Coordinate with statutory, tax, and GST auditors.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

Manufacturing Accounting & Costing

- Manage accounting related to raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and production.
- Understand manufacturing costing and product/job-wise costing.
- Analyze material, labour, production, and overhead costs.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost of production.
- Support management in cost control and profitability analysis.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and identify financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Qualified CA with completed Articleship.
- Solid practical knowledge of Banking & Finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and costing.
- Knowledge of working capital, cash flow, loans, OD/CC, BG and LC.
- Excellent MS Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle finance functions end-to-end.
- Candidate must be comfortable and available for regular banking-related work.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a CA who can independently manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of a manufacturing company, with particular emphasis on banking operations, taxation, compliance, manufacturing costing, MIS, and working capital management.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
