Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the CT/PT Transformer or Electrical Equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, generating enquiries, promoting CT/PT products, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, EPC contractors, panel manufacturers, consultants, industries, utilities, and electrical contractors.
- Generate new business enquiries through cold calling, customer visits, references, email marketing, exhibitions, and other channels.
- Promote Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT/VT), Instrument Transformers, and related electrical products.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team for suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, technical offers, product presentations, and other commercial documents.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Visit customers and project sites for product presentations, requirement discussions, and business development.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Testing, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth order execution.
- Collect market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, products, upcoming projects,



and customer requirements.
- Assist in tender enquiries and techno-commercial documentation, where required.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, visit reports, and sales/marketing MIS.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales/business-development targets.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–2 years in sales/marketing/business development, preferably in CT/PT Transformers, Instrument Transformers, Switchgear, Transformers, or Electrical Equipment.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred. Graduates with relevant electrical-industry sales experience may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of CT, PT/VT, transformers, electrical systems, and technical specifications.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings/specifications.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Knowledge of the Gujarat electrical/power industry, EPC companies, consultants, utilities, and industrial customers will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
