Job Role

Responsible for managing plant dispatch, logistics coordination, vehicle planning, documentation, and timely delivery of materials while ensuring smooth coordination between Production, Stores, Sales, Accounts, and Transporters.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders and production availability.
- Arrange and coordinate trucks/vehicles for timely material movement.
- Prepare and verify Dispatch Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, LR and other required documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, stores and production teams.
- Ensure proper loading, quantity verification, packaging and vehicle placement.
- Track dispatched vehicles and follow up for delivery status and POD.




- Maintain daily dispatch and logistics records/reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts for freight bills and transporter payments.
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure optimum vehicle utilization.
- Handle dispatch-related issues, delays, shortages or damages and report them to management.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety, loading and dispatch procedures.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Logistics & Dispatch Operations.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill, GST Invoice, LR and dispatch documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches.
- Experience in plant/manufacturing logistics will be preferred.
