Role: Business Development Officer

Location: Haridwar (Full-Time, Work from Office)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience (Real Estate industry only)

Openings: 4

Type: Permanent

Languages: English

Note: Candidates must be from a Real Estate background only.

Role Overview:





- Identify and generate recent leads through Cold Calling, Referrals, and Market Research.
- Schedule and coordinate Client Meetings and Site Visits for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with Prospective Buyers, Channel Partners, and Investors.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Skills Required:

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office for Lead Tracking and Reporting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive, Presentable, and comfortable with Client-facing interactions.
