About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business partnering, workforce management, and project handling, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and provide effective HR solutions.

- Handle workforce planning, allocation, and management in line with business requirements.

- Manage and coordinate HR-related projects from planning through successful execution.

- Support business teams in achieving organizational and workforce objectives.

- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

- Analyze workforce requirements and recommend suitable people strategies.

- Collaborate with different departments to identify HR challenges and implement appropriate solutions.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring effective coordination.

- Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.





- Maintain HR data and reports to support business and workforce decisions.

- Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and applicable requirements.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partnering role.

- Proven experience in business partnering and working closely with business stakeholders.

- Strong experience in project handling and coordination.

- Hands-on experience in workforce handling/workforce management.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical HR solutions.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
