Social Media Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan, shoot and edit engaging Reels, Stories and social media posts.
- Write creative captions and develop trending content ideas.
- Post consistently and ensure all social media pages remain active and updated.
- Monitor trends, viral formats, hashtags and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer interactions professionally.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional offers.
- Track reach, engagement,



followers, leads and overall content performance.
- Suggest new strategies to increase organic reach, engagement and conversions.

Requirements

- Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
- Basic video editing and graphic/content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,023.93 - ₹20,000.00 per month
