Job Title: Dispatch & PPC Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & PPC Executive to manage production planning, inventory coordination, dispatch operations, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in PPC, dispatch, production coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The role requires close coordination with Production, Stores, Quality, Sales, Purchase, and Logistics teams to achieve timely production and dispatch targets.

Key Responsibilities – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and order schedules.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with production teams regarding material availability, machine capacity, manpower, and production priorities.
- Track pending orders, production status, and delivery commitments.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain PPC reports, production schedules, and MIS.
- Coordinate with Stores/Purchase for timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available production capacity.

Key Responsibilities – Dispatch & Logistics

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Ensure finished goods are available and cleared by Quality before dispatch.
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.




- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely movement of goods.
- Monitor dispatch status and update customers/internal teams as required.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily/monthly dispatch MIS.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before shipment.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure dispatches are aligned with committed delivery dates.
- Maintain accurate records of production, pending orders, dispatches, and inventory.
- Prepare management reports related to production planning, order status, and dispatch performance.
- Follow company procedures related to safety, quality, documentation, and inventory control.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in PPC, Dispatch, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and dispatch processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
