Job Description

- Lead generation, cold calling, and lead qualification
- Booking appointments with prospective clients
- Lead nurturing, demo scheduling, and deal closures
- Managing the documentation process
- Maintaining daily MIS reports
- Handling the end-to-end sales process
- Account management and client relationship handling
- Managing the sales team and ensuring timely support delivery
- Reducing churn rate and collecting client referrals
- Providing training and guidance to team members

Responsibilities

- Maintaining professional etiquette and conduct
- Achieving targets within the defined timelines
- Ensuring fulfillment of projected revenue targets
- Reducing the overall sales cycle
- Negotiating effectively to increase ticket size
- Delivering commitments within deadlines
- Coordinating with Inside Sales, Support, Marketing, HR, and Product teams




- Taking ownership and demonstrating a goal-oriented attitude
- Attending events and representing the company in corporate workshops, meetings, and networking events
- Conducting strong follow-ups with prospects and maximizing lead closures
- Leading and managing a team of up to 10 sales professionals

Skill Sets

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM, Billing, and Inventory Software
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools
- Familiarity with MS Windows, iOS, and Android OS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
