Graphics Design Intern – Fresher

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore
Industry: Solar, Wind Power & Renewable Energy
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Certification: Graphic Design Certification is Mandatory
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and professional designs for social media, marketing, branding, and company promotions.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing creatives.
- Develop visual content related to solar, wind power, and renewable energy solutions.
- Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in designing promotional materials for projects, products, events, campaigns, and company activities.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content as required.
- Support the HR and Business Development teams with recruitment creatives, employer branding, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with HR, Business Development, and Marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Make necessary design modifications based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, layouts,



and overall visual presentation.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.
- Assist with other creative and design-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Graphic Design Certification is Mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Portfolio, college projects, or sample designs will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Only freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with prior full time professional experience in Graphic Design are not eligible for this position.
