Key Responsibilities:-

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Allocate manpower and work responsibilities across production lines.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, Stores, and R&D; departments.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Train and guide operators and production staff.
- Maintain discipline and a safe working workplace on the shop floor.
- Implement 5S and continuous improvement activities.
- Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
