1. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve organizational sales objectives.
- Support and collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers to align strategies and hit regional business targets.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, performance tracking, and strategic direction to team members.

2. Client Acquisition & Business Growth

- Actively conduct tele-calling activities to identify, engage, and nurture prospective high-value clients.
- Present and pitch complex business models confidently to prospects, aligning our offerings with their strategic needs.
- Drive the sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful closing and conversion.

3. Relationship & Documentation Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and manage crucial client documentation,



ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth onboarding process.
- Streamline the sales conversion workflow to ensure an efficient, frictionless experience for new clients.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and optimize business growth.
- Act as the "voice of the customer" internally to help improve products, services, and overall delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
