Job Summary

Atom Wellness is looking for a responsible and organized Store Coordinator to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, order processing, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward stock activities.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
- Receive, verify, and properly store incoming products.
- Process sales orders and coordinate timely dispatch.
- Pick, pack, and verify products before dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, damaged and slow-moving items.
- Maintain batch-wise and expiry-wise stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Logistics teams.
- Follow up on pending, returned, and undelivered orders.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Maintain proper store documentation and records.
- Ensure systematic arrangement, cleanliness,



and safety of the store.

Requirements

- Minimum Plus Two/Diploma; Graduation preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Store/Warehouse/Inventory/Logistics operations preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical products, or FMCG distribution will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
