About the Role

Hotel Surya is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions

* Handle accounts payable and receivable

* Prepare invoices, bills and payment records

* Manage cash and bank transactions and reconciliation

* Maintain ledgers and financial documentation

* Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance

* Prepare regular financial reports

* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments

* Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of accounts

Requirements





* Previous experience in accounting preferred

* Positive knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel

* Understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good organisational and communication skills

* Hospitality/hotel accounting experience will be an added advantage
