N n Candidate Fit: NWe are seeking a highly driven and analytically solid Management Trainee to join our NInvestment & Launchpad (Incubation) team. This role sits at the intersection of capital Nmarkets, venture investing, and startup ecosystem building, offering hands-on exposure to Ninvestor engagement, early-stage startup evaluation, and incubation operations. NThe ideal candidate combines sales orientation with financial acumen, and thrives in a Nfast-paced, high-impact environment working closely with investors, founders, and internal Nleadership.n n Key Responsibilities N1. Investor Relationship Management & Sales NBuild and manage HNI/UHNI/institutional investor relationships; drive outreach,nengagement, and conversions.



Pitch curated startup opportunities and support Nend-to-end deal execution. N2. Client Engagement & Communication NCoordinate meetings, webinars, and updates; ensure consistent communication on Nmarket trends, portfolio performance, and new opportunities. N3. Startup Evaluation & Due Diligence NScreen startups, conduct market and financial analysis, and support investment Nmemos while tracking KPIsand incubation progress. N4. Founder & Application Management NManage inbound applications, coordinate with founders, and streamline evaluation, Ndocumentation, and feedback processes. N5. Documentation & CRM Management NMaintain investment pipelines, startup databases, agreements, and CRM updates Nwhile ensuring process compliance. N6. Market Research & Ecosystem Development NTrack industry trends, source startups, and build relationships with incubators, Naccelerators, and foundernetworks. N7.
