Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Design Manager to drive business growth by converting leads into customers, ensuring seamless client onboarding, managing the design process, and leading a team of interior designers. The ideal candidate should possess a robust blend of sales expertise, design understanding, leadership, and client relationship management to deliver an exceptional customer experience. N n Key responsibility Nn Convert leads into confirmed projects by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable design solutions. N Conduct client meetings, consultations, and site discussions to identify customer needs. N Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, quotations, and project proposals. N Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets. N Drive additional revenue through upselling modular furniture, décor, furnishings, and other value-added services. N Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client after sales closure. N Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle. N Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely updates. N Manage client expectations, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction. N Ensure successful project completion and seamless handover. N Lead, mentor,



and manage a team of interior designers. N Allocate projects, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of design outputs. N Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. N Foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design team. N Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and customer service excellence. Nn n Requirements Nn Bachelor's degreein Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. N Good years of experience in interior design sales, residential interiors, or client relationship management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. N Proven track record in sales closing and achieving revenue targets. N Strong understanding ofresidential interior design, modular furniture, and space planning. N Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. N Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and regional languages. N Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. N Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
