Job DescriptionLocation: Indore NAbout the RolenWeare seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive to represent our wellness & spa outlet inside a 5* Hotel. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel environment. NKey ResponsibilitiesnGuest Engagement & Sales Nn Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth N Introduce guests to ourwellness services, express therapies, and special offers N Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building N Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences N Maintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions NnRevenue Generation& Promotions Nn Consistently worktowards daily and monthly sales targets N Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall N Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns N Capture guest interest efficiently NnGuest Experience &Brand; Representation Nn Deliver a warm, premium,



and professional guest experience at all times N Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet N Address basic guest queries and be a single point of contact N Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards NnOperational Support Nn Coordinate with therapists/staff to ensure smooth guest flow N Support appointment scheduling and service readiness N Follow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene, and airport compliance NnDesired Profile Nn Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with strangers N Sales-driven mindset; experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferred N Comfortable approachingguests and actively promoting services N Excellent communicationskills in English; additional languages are a plus N Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor N Responsible, disciplined, and dependable N Very strong sense of ownership and detailed oriented N Ensuring world-class product and service delivery NnWork Environment &Flexibility; Nn Willingness to work adaptable shifts N Ability to perform in afast-paced hotel environment NnCompensationn N Fixed salary plus very attractive performance-linked incentives N High earning potential for strong sales performers NnPreferred Criteria Nn Prior experience in hospitality, lounges, airports, luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or service-oriented sales N Non-smokers preferred N Detailed Orientedn
