Job DescriptionHomzinterio is looking for passionate, creative, and smart Interior Designers to join our team and transform ordinary spaces into elegant, functional, and personalized homes. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional residential interiors. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. N Conduct client presentations, experience centre walkthroughs, and mood board presentations. N Develop creative and functional residential interior designs in line with client expectations. N Prepare estimates and quotations and ensure timely collection of payments as per stage-based milestones. N Conduct client site visits for measurements, design validation, and final checking. N Design residential spaces using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and relevant rendering software. N Prepare detailed designpresentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients. N Provide end-to-end interior design solutions, including: N Other home interior solutions N Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. N Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design journey.



N Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. N Work on weekends as required, as Monday is the weekly off. Nn n Requirements Nn Graduate in Interior Designing, B.Arch, or any graduate with a mandatory Diploma in Interior Designing. N Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in residential interior designing. N Proficiency in: N AutoCADn Google SketchUp N Rendering softwaren Microsoft Excel N Microsoft PowerPoint N Strong knowledge of modular furniture design is mandatory. N Excellent communicationand presentation skills. N Fluency in English and at least one regional language. N Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills. N Passion for meeting clients and understanding their requirements patiently. N Ability to translate client requirements into creative, practical, and aesthetically appealing designs. N Strong attention to detail, ownership, and commitment to delivering quality work.
