- Security Integration: Embed security best practices across the software development Nlifecycle (SDLC), from code commit to deployment, ensuring "security by design." N
- Collaboration: Work closely with Cloud Security and Product Security teams to develop and Nenforce security standards, policies, and frameworks. N
- Infrastructure Hardening: Implement and automate security controls across NAWS/Azure/GCP resources, Kubernetes clusters, containers, and other infrastructure Ncomponents.n
- CI/CD Security: Integrate automated security testing, static and dynamic analysis, and Nvulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines. N
- Threat Detection & Incident Response: Develop and maintain monitoring/alerting for Nsecurity incidents; participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, and response efforts. N
- Tooling & Automation:



Build and maintain automation for compliance checks, secrets Nmanagement, access controls, patching, and audit logging. N
- Governance: Ensure the team’s infrastructure and deployments are compliant with industry Nregulations and Tekion’s internal security requirements. N
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security Nbest practices; propose and implement relevant improvements. N
- Evangelism: Foster a security-first mindset within DevOps and engineering teams through Nknowledge sharing, documentation, and training. NWhat makes you relevant for this role? N
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or Nequivalent practical experience. N
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Security Engineering roles. N
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). N
- Deep understanding of secure infrastructure design, identity and access management, Nnetwork security, and related best practices. N
- Experience securing container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD toolchains N(e.G., Jenkin, Tekton, GitHub actions, ArgoCD). N
- Proficiency in at leastone scripting/programming language (Python, Go, etc.) and strong Nautomation skills.n
- Practical familiarity with vulnerability management, scanning, threat modeling, and Nremediation workflows. N
