Position: Java Developer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work from office – Bavdhan, Pune)

Experience requirement: 7 to 10 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Java Development:

- Extensive hands-on experience in Java development, demonstrating a deep understanding of core Java concepts and best practices.

- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Drools, PostgreSQL, and Hibernate.

2. Web Technologies:

- Strong expertise in client-side technologies such as JavaScript.

- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Angular 8 or later versions.

3. System Design:

- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement scalable and efficient system designs.

- Experience in architecting and implementing robust and scalable microservices-based applications.

4. Leadership:

- Serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers,



business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.

6. Code Quality and Best Practices:

- Enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, productive, and maintainable code.

7. Problem Solving:

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.

8. Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

- Share knowledge with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MCA/MSc

- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with leadership responsibilities.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Drools, PostgreSQL, Hibernate, JavaScript, and Angular.

- Experience in system design and architecture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a development team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
