Job Title: Accountant Description: The Accountant will prepare and examine financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and support month-end close and reporting activities. This role requires solid attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, assist with audits and tax filings, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS where applicable. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions; monitor aging and collections. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Coordinate audit requests and provide documentation for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and reporting.



Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and system implementations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred. Typically 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience, depending on role level. Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with IFRS as applicable. Proven experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
