Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and grow our business banking portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs), understanding their financial needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions to support their growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.



This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in the business banking segment and contributing to the overall sales objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective business banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
- Identify and acquire new business clients within the SME segment to expand the bank’s business portfolio.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate client eligibility for various banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver comprehensive financial products including loans, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing client accounts and transactions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities,



and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs and risks.
- Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community outreach programs to enhance the bank’s market presence.
