- Acquisition of new CASA accounts through field visits and branch walk-ins
- Achieving monthly sales targets for CASA
- Cross‑selling banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, and other retail products
- Ensuring high-quality customer onboarding with complete documentation
- Handling customer queries and providing service support
- Maintaining positive relationship with customers to drive business growth
- Coordinating with branch team for daily business activities
