- Design, development and maintenance of python backend services, focusing on high scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement new features and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development to ensure high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and propose technical solutions.
- Create and maintain explicit technical documentation and workflows.
- Support database management and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and frameworks.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates effectively with team members.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in software development and agile methodologies.

Ihr Profil





- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and building scalable systems, framework Flask/Django is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of python experience.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Good knowledge on database technology, such as SQL (MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB), and an understanding of database design.
- Good understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of backend-related networking concepts.
- Experience with Git and version control practices.
- Knowledge of SAP as a backend integration tool is a nice-to-have, offering a unique advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote, distributed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality code.
