Job Description A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Salesforce Security Lead to come onboard! This individual will serve as the primary Salesforce security subject matter expert responsible for access governance, platform security, compliance readiness, incident response, and long-term platform supportability. The role will partner closely with security, compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to design scalable access models, strengthen audit controls, oversee integration security, and drive platform health initiatives. This person will lead security-focused discussions, evaluate Salesforce releases and critical updates, and manage a roadmap centered around risk reduction, governance, and continuous improvement within a complex enterprise environment. Robust communication skills are required as this role regularly interfaces with executive stakeholders, technical teams, administrators, developers, auditors, and end users. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience within large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments. - 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWDs, Field-Level Security, and role hierarchy design. - Strong experience designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege security models. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth authentication flows, and integration security. - Experience using Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling to support business and security requirements. - Experience with Salesforce Shield including Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, and Field Audit Trail. - Salesforce Platform Administrator I Certification with strong understanding of compliance, audit readiness, and security governance.
