Chief Operating Officer / Works Head

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer / Works Head to take full charge of

the plant, reporting to the Managing Director.

Production & Planning · Tool Room · Powder Coating · Maintenance ·

Dispatch & Logistics · HR & Admin.

YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON

Throughput and delivery performance, capacity utilisation, cost, quality and

shop-floor discipline.

THE PERSON WE WANT

This is a hands-on job. You will be on the shop floor daily, not running it

through your supervisors — and you should understand press tooling, welding,

planning and capacity well enough to challenge your own engineers and be right.

• 20+ years in sheet-metal / press-shop manufacturing, currently Plant Head,

Works Head or Head of Operations

• Improvements you personally delivered — OEE, cycle time, line balancing,

tooling, rejection reduction

• Solid production planning and control

• The presence to lead a 300-person plant in shifts and hold department heads to their

numbers

• Faridabad / NCR, or willing to relocate

Compensation will match the calibre of the person.
