BASE Automation Technologies is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales of Industrial Automation and Digital Transformation solutions across manufacturing industries.

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Automation, MES or Industrial Digitalization.
- Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, MES, Industry 4.0, IT/OT Integration and Industrial Automation.
- Exposure to platforms/OEMs such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Inductive Automation (Ignition), AVEVA, Schneider Electric or similar.
- Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and customer challenges.
- Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to develop and present technical solutions and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact with engineering,



operations, plant and senior management teams.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Engage customers to understand their automation and digital transformation requirements.
- Present solutions, prepare proposals and support negotiations through order closure.
- Build relationships with manufacturing customers, OEMs and industry stakeholders.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical or related discipline.
