JD:

- *Manage compliance for Private Limited Companies and LLPs, including maintaining statutory registers, minutes, notices, agendas and share certificates*

- Incorporation of Companies, LLPs, and Partnership Firms

* *Preparing and filing Annual Returns on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA), FC-GPR, and FC-TRS on the FIRMS Portal**

- File trademark applications, MSME applications*, and licenses under the Shop and Establishment Act

- *Submit various e-forms on the MCA portal*

- Handle event-based assignments for the company

*Alternate Saturdays are off*

Salary up to *Rs 30,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
