Senior Lead Consultant Network About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Consultant Network with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Networking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in technical consulting, solution architecture, and customer-facing engagements.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end network solutioning, technical consulting, pre-sales support, customer engagements, and network deployment initiatives across enterprise customers.

The candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, project managers, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, high-performing network solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end network solution design and consulting engagements for customers.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
- Provide architectural guidance across hybrid and multi-vendor environments.
- Drive network transformation, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
- Conduct technical consultations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for internal and customer requirements.
- Evaluate emerging networking technologies and recommend suitable adoption strategies.
- Support capability development within the networking practice.

Customer Engagement

- Act as the primary technical consultant and trusted advisor for customers.
- Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.
- Engage with customer leadership teams on strategic infrastructure discussions.
- Identify infrastructure gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage high-priority technical escalations and critical customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.





Pre-Sales & Business Enablement

- Support pre-sales activities including technical solutioning and architecture.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation.
- Prepare technical estimations and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Assist in project scope definition and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) preparation.

Project & Delivery Leadership

- Provide technical leadership during network implementation, migration, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive network deployment initiatives across customer environments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Networking.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical consulting / solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networking solutions.
- Strong expertise in:
- LAN/WAN
- SD-WAN
- Wireless Networking
- Data Center Networking
- Cloud Networking
- Hybrid Connectivity

- Strong understanding of secure network architectures, including:

- VPN
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- Load Balancing
- Network Security

- Strong troubleshooting, network monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with cross-technology integration and multi-vendor environments.




- Proven experience in customer and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in technical presentations, workshops, and customer engagements.
- Prior experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Experience working directly with US and/or European customers and global teams.

- Understanding of Virtualization platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Network Architect / Network Solution Architect / Senior Network Consultant who combines strong technical networking expertise with solution architecture, consulting, pre-sales, and customer management experience.

Candidates with only network implementation or network support experience, without significant architecture, consulting, and customer-facing exposure, may not be suitable for this role.
