*Role Summary*
We're hiring someone who can sell AND style. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, convert leads into bookings, and design to create stunning wedding + event .

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Sales*: Handle inbound leads from Instagram, referrals, exhibitions. Send quotations, do follow-ups, and close deals
- *Client Consultation*: Meet clients for weddings, parties. Understand budget, theme, and suggest decor concepts
- *Design Support*: Create moodboards, layout plans, and decor proposals.
- *Site Visits*: Visit venues across Delhi NCR for measurements, decor planning, and client meetings
- *Execution Coordination*: Liaise with production, logistics, florists,



and on-ground team for smooth delivery
- *Team Coordination*: Manage carpenters, fabricators, rental vendors within India
- *CRM & Reporting*: Maintain leads, proposals, and deal status

*Must Have*
- 2-4 years experience in *Sales + Interior Design / Wedding Decor / Event Styling* in India
- Strong knowledge of Indian wedding trends, mandaps, stages, and luxury decor
- Excellent communication in *English & Hindi*
- Confident in client meetings, pricing, and negotiation
- Must have knowledge of design softwares
- Own conveyance for site visits is a plus

*Good to Have*
Portfolio of past decor projects, weddings, or interiors
