Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Proven experience recruiting IT and Engineering professionals.
- Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with US staffing agencies and LATAM.
- Knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS).
- Exposure to MSP environments.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
