Job Brief:- We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. The role involves driving the growth of microfinance and banking products by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with microfinance clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for microfinance and other banking products by actively promoting and cross-selling services.
- Conduct detailed customer assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and recommend suitable loan products in line with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, documentation,



and disbursements while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, manage service requests, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, regulatory changes, and best practices in sales and customer service.
- Promote financial literacy among clients by educating them about banking products, repayment schedules, and responsible borrowing.
- Support branch operations by assisting in cash management, account opening, and other service-related activities as needed.
