Job Description

As a Junior Architect at 25cube studio, you will work closely with senior architects and project leads through all phases of design and construction. You will play a key role in drafting, 3D visualization, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Assist in developing innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design schemes.

• Technical Drawing: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit.

• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize project outcomes.

• Documentation: Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and municipal drawing sets.

• Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

• Research: Stay updated on innovative materials,



and sustainable construction techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience (strong internship experience will be considered for exceptional freshers).

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD and Sketchup

• Strong 3D modeling skills in SketchUp.

• Rendering skills Enscape.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign and Illustator.
