About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Guest Coordinator with 8 to 10 years of experience for our well-oiled guest coordination team. The person must have a good grasp of business news. Able to spot who would be the right talking heads on any subject and direct the team to get them on the channel.
- Research and recommend speakers for summit, conclave,
TV and digital formats.
- Manage end-to-end speaker coordination with outreach, confirmation, briefing, logistics and follow-ups.
- Support Editorial teams with speaker outreach and management.
- Build a strong repository of Indian and global leaders across sectors.
- Develop relationships with speaker bureaus, agencies and relevant networks.
- Use AI-assisted research for speaker discovery, sector mapping and briefing notes, with human verification.
