Role Overview

DrinkPrime runs a subscription business built on physical hardware. Our internal operations span finance, hardware production, inventory, procurement, warehousing, and field deployment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Internal Business Systems to map how these workflows run today, design better ways of working, and convert them into clear system requirements that engineering can build against.

This is an internal systems and process role, not a consumer product role. You do not need to be a finance or hardware expert, but you do need to be exceptional at process thinking, data discipline, stakeholder management, and execution.

What You Will Do

- Map current-state workflows across finance, hardware production, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and operations.

- Identify the gaps causing data mismatch, manual work, delays, duplication, and unclear ownership.

- Design improved workflows — including draft business rules, approval flows, and exception handling. Drive stakeholders toward a clear recommendation and decision

- Define source-of-truth logic for key business data: inventory, hardware units, vendors, invoices, production batches, stock movement, and deployment.

- Own the roadmap for internal business systems, and convert workflow design into clear, stable, well-prioritised product requirements.

- Produce clear documentation like SOPs, process flows, and requirement specs, and monitor enforcement.

- Enable adoption of new workflows: training, rollout support, and tracking whether process and data quality are genuinely improving

What We Require





DrinkPrime is a Bengaluru-based consumer technology company making clean drinking water more accessible through IoT-enabled water purifiers offered on subscription. We serve over one lakh customers across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad.

Our business combines consumer technology, connected hardware, field operations, supply chain, and subscription economics at scale. As we grow, we are investing in stronger internal systems and processes that give teams reliable data, clear ownership, and scalable ways of working.

- 4+ years in product management, business systems, internal tools, business analysis, ERP or systems implementation, operations systems, or B2B workflow products.

- Hands-on ownership of at least one internal business system end-to-end. You have implemented, migrated, or significantly extended a named system — ERP, WMS, inventory, procurement, invoicing, or equivalent. Having used such a system does not qualify.

- Direct experience with operational or physical-goods workflows — production, inventory, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or finance operations.

- Working fluency in data quality, source-of-truth design, exception handling, and reporting.

- Comfort operating with non-technical stakeholders across finance, operations, production, warehouse, and procurement.

- Strong written communication and documentation discipline.

- The ability to push for clarity and constructively challenge weak process ownership.
