Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage sales and service operations within the Microfinance and Inclusive Banking (MFIB) segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial products tailored for underserved markets, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank's footprint in the microfinance sector by delivering superior customer service, mentoring sales teams,



and implementing cutting-edge sales strategies aligned with the bank's vision of financial inclusion.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets in the microfinance and inclusive banking segment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service teams to enhance productivity and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring personalized service delivery and prompt resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor financial products accordingly.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales and service activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and risk management to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
