Role Description The Intensive Care Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU at Batra Heart & Multispeciality Hospital. This includes monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, managing life-support equipment, and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions. The role involves collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, supporting emergency interventions, documenting care accurately, and communicating clearly with patients families. The nurse will adhere to hospital protocols,



infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Nursing, with the ability to deliver comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Critical Care Nursing, including management of ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.
- Knowledge of Emergency Nursing principles and rapid response to acute clinical situations.
- Understanding of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to support evidence-based interventions and multidisciplinary care plans.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) and valid nursing registration with relevant regulatory body.
- Previous experience in an ICU or high-dependency unit is highly preferred.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills; ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional ethics, and patient-centered care.
